Sincere Foundation Awards $175K to 13 Massachusetts Nonprofits

Sincere Foundation today announced that it has awarded $175,000 in new grants to 13 Massachusetts nonprofit organizations that address the basic needs of a community – food security, housing stability, and safe spaces. This most recent round of funding brings the Foundation’s total donations to $735,000 awarded to 41 organizations in its first two years of operation.

Sincere Foundation Welcomes Program Manager

Sincere Foundation today announced that Julia Chase has joined the organization in the role of Program Manager. Julia will lead day-to-day operations and nonprofit partnerships alongside Executive Director Rebecca Reiner, as Sincere Foundation continues to increase its funding, reach, and impact across Massachusetts communities.

Blake Carlson

Chief Architect

Blake hails from America's heartland, specifically West Des Moines, Iowa. In his role as Chief Architect, he harnesses his passion for product development to build innovative technology on the Company's web and mobile applications. Blake has a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Iowa.

Stephanie Fader

COO (Chief Operating Officer)

Stephanie gets her heart pumping every morning at boot camp so she's fired up and ready to lead the day-to-day operating activities for the Company. Stephanie graduated with honors from The George Washington University and has an M.S. from Simmons College.

Ariel Faulkner-O'Brien

CMO (Chief Marketing Officer)

Ariel's office is always open to anyone who needs to have a heart-to-heart. She leads the team responsible for marketing, creative, and content at Sincere. Ariel is a graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall and has an M.A. in English Literature from the University of St. Andrews.

Adam Rubin

CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

Adam leads the Engineering, DevOps, and QA teams at Sincere — the beating heart of the Company. When he's not building our team and process, you'll find him at home, herding three tweens/teens and a golden retriever. Adam has a B.S. in Information Management & Technology from Syracuse University.
